Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. 

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are entered correctly. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipment costs.
