Warranty Registration

Thank you for purchasing products from Leader Radio Technologies (or chamelo.my).

Please note the following details:

• To claim warranty service, customers MUST keep the original invoice or e-invoice. Please keep your invoice for at least 1 year.
• Please provide accurate information on the registration form. Incorrect details may void warranty claims.
• This warranty covers only the product body and excludes consumable parts accessories.
• The warranty only applies to products purchased from our authorized resellers in Malaysia.

The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:

1. Normal wear and tear, broken wires, bent plugs, disassembly, or modifications.
2. Damage caused by external factors such as natural disasters, lightning strikes, or water exposure.
3. No fault found in the product, with issues caused by external equipment.
4. Products purchased from unauthorized resellers, parallel imports, or overseas sources.

This warranty is only applicable in Malaysia. The brand does not offer a global warranty, and the terms are subject to change without notice.
