Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase made from our store.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return and a full refund within 7 days from the date of our delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be in its original condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.
- The item must be unused and undamaged.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.
Please note that certain items, such as clearance sale and customized products, may not be eligible for return.
How to Return
1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery via email at shop@leaderradio.my or phone at (+60) 16-234 6372 to initiate the return process.
2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and have your proof of purchase ready for verification. (Proof of purchase means your receipt, invoice, or order confirmation that shows you bought the item.)
3. Return all items, including any gifts or free items received with your purchase, in their original condition.
4. Customers will need to cover the cost of returning the item(s) to our office. Please make sure the items are securely packed, as we can’t be held responsible for any damage or loss during shipping.
5. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
Payment Return
- After we receive your item(s), we’ll check their condition.
- If the return is approved, we will process a refund for the purchase subtotal within 7 days.
- If the return is not approved, we’ll contact you and send the item(s) back to your original shipping address.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shop@leaderradio.my.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
